Vintage black and white embroidered custom made button pin. Military pin button depicting field marshal Joseph Joffre during WW1. Custom embroidered to promote bond drives for the French these small patriotic items were sold to promote nationalism and provide much needed funding for the war coffers. Brass surround and metal back with a pin frame this miniature embroidery.
